ELIGIBILITY: Sphere Bad Witch Sweepstakes (“Sweepstakes”) is open to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and District of Columbia, 21+. Sweepstakes is void elsewhere and where otherwise prohibited. Employees, officers and directors, as well as their immediate family members (parents, children, grandparents, grandchildren, spouse or siblings and their respective spouses, regardless of where they reside), and those living in their same households, whether or not related, of Sphere Entertainment Group, LLC (“Sponsor”), its parents, affiliates, subsidiaries, Venetian Las Vegas Gaming, LLC, promotional partners, prize suppliers, and advertising and promotion agencies are not eligible. By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these official rules (“Official Rules”) and the decisions of Sponsor, which are binding and final on matters relating to this Sweepstakes. The Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws.

HOW TO ENTER: Between 9:00 a.m. Pacific Time (“PT”) on July 2, 2025 and 11:59 p.m. PT on July 6, 2025 (“Sweepstakes Period”), visit thesphere.com/win and follow the directions to complete and submit the entry form. All entries must be received by no later than 11:59 p.m. PT on July 6, 2025 to be eligible. Entries generated by script, macro or other automated means or by any means which subvert the entry process are void. Limit one (1) entry per person. Multiple entries from any person will be void. All entries become the property of Sponsor and will not be returned.

DRAWING AND NOTIFICATION: Two (2) potential winners will be selected on or about July 10, 2025 from among all eligible entries received. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received. Potential winners will be notified by email and/or phone and may be required to execute and return an affidavit or declaration of eligibility, a liability release and, where lawful, a publicity release within the time period specified in such notification. If, and as applicable, such documents are not returned within the specified time period, a prize or prize notification is returned as undeliverable, or a potential winner does not respond to the initial notification within the time period stated in the notification or is not in compliance with these Official Rules, such potential winner shall be disqualified and forfeit the prize, and, at Sponsor’s discretion, an alternate potential winner may be selected from among all remaining eligible entries received. Only upon confirmation by Sponsor will a potential winner officially be deemed a winner of the Sweepstakes (“Winner”).

PRIZE: A Sphere Bad Witch VIP Experience prize package, which includes:

• Two (2) tickets to a select showing of The Wizard of Oz at Sphere to be chosen by Winner from a Sponsor-provided list of available show dates/times between August 29, 2025 and November 19, 2025 (the “Selected Show”)

• $25 credit per ticket valid towards the purchase of food/beverages or merchandise at Sphere in-venue concession/merchandise stands (each, an “In-Venue Credit”)

• Designated advance VIP Sphere entry on the date of the Selected Show (15 minutes before the general public)

• Exclusive lounge access at Sphere with complimentary food and drinks prior to the start of the Selected Show

• One complimentary The Wizard of Oz at Sphere VIP-Exclusive limited-edition poster per ticket

• Two (2) nights’ accommodation in a suite at The Venetian Resort (“Hotel”) while in Las Vegas, NV to see the Selected Show

Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”): $1,775 per prize package. Travel of any kind, including to/from Las Vegas, NV, is not included. Hotel suite category/class to be determined by Sponsor. Accommodations at The Venetian Resort (“Hotel Stay”) must coincide with the date of the Selected Show. Requested Selected Show and Hotel Stay dates to be provided by Winner to Sponsor at least ten (10) days in advance of the Selected Show date and are subject to Sponsor approval. Hotel Stay reservation to be made by Sponsor on behalf of the Winners and Winners agree to comply with Sponsor’s instructions and deadlines in connection with such arrangements. Hotel Stay includes room cost and taxes only; except as otherwise set forth in the prize description, the costs for meals, transportation, incidental and other costs are not included as part of the prize and are the responsibility of the Winners. In-Venue Credits are valid for the Selected Show only and expire at end of show time. In-Venue Credit may not be applied to taxes or gratuities. In-Venue Credit redeemable at concession stands and merchandise stands inside Sphere for Sphere-branded and/or The Wizard of Oz at Sphere merchandise, food and beverages only, as applicable. No cash/credit back for unused In Venue Credits; each In Venue Credit expires at end of the applicable ticketed performance. No cash value; not redeemable for cash and cannot be substituted or transferred. One In Venue Credit per ticket. Show date/time and Hotel accommodations are subject to availability. Blackout dates apply. One commemorative poster selected by Sponsor per ticket. In the event of unavailability of any prize component(s), Winner (as applicable) will not receive the difference between the stated ARV and the actual retail value thereof. No prize substitutions will be provided except in Sponsor’s sole discretion. If a Winner is unable to utilize the prize package for any reason, then such Winner forfeits their prize and Sponsor may, in its discretion, select an alternate winner in a random drawing from among all remaining eligible entries received. Seating locations will be determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. All tickets will be delivered digitally to the Winner’s Ticketmaster account (by email or mobile text, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion). Establishing a Ticketmaster account is free. Will Call is not available. Ticketholders must be eligible to attend events at Sphere. VIP entry will be as identified by Sponsor. Must be 21 years or older and present a valid government-issued ID in order to consume and purchase alcohol. Beer, wine and non-alcoholic drinks are offered at no charge in the lounge during the pre-show access; other alcoholic drinks may be purchased.

Prize is awarded “as is” with no warranty or guarantee, either express or implied. Winners may not substitute, assign or transfer prize or redeem prize for cash, but Sponsor reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to substitute the prize with one of comparable or greater value. Winners are responsible for all applicable federal, state and local taxes, if any, as well as costs and expenses associated with their prize acceptance and use not specified herein as being provided. All prize details are at Sponsor’s sole discretion.

PUBLICITY GRANT: Except where legally prohibited, acceptance of the prize by a Winner constitutes such Winner’s permission for Sponsor and its designees to use their name, address (city and state), photograph and/or other likeness, voice, opinions, biographical information, and prize information for advertising, trade and promotional purposes, in any manner, in all media now known or hereafter discovered, worldwide in perpetuity, without compensation, notification, review or permission.

RELEASE: By participating, each entrant and Winner agrees that Sponsor, its parents, affiliates, subsidiaries, and advertising and promotional agencies and prize suppliers, and all of their respective officers, directors, employees, representatives and agents, and all others associated with the development and execution of this Sweepstakes (collectively, “Released Parties”) shall have no liability whatsoever for, and shall be held harmless by entrants against any liability for, any injuries, losses, or damages of any kind, including death, to persons or property resulting, in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from acceptance, possession, misuse or use of the prize or participation in this Sweepstakes.

GENERAL CONDITIONS: Released Parties are not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, inaccurate, stolen, delayed, misdirected, undelivered or garbled entries, emails or other communications of any kind; or for lost, interrupted or unavailable network, server, Internet Service Provider (“ISP”), website, or other connections, availability or accessibility or miscommunications or failed computer, satellite, telephone or cable transmissions, lines, or technical failure; or for jumbled, scrambled, delayed, or misdirected transmissions or computer hardware or software malfunctions, failures or difficulties; or for other errors or difficulties of any kind whether human, mechanical, electronic, computer, network, typographical, printing or otherwise relating to or in connection with the Sweepstakes, including, without limitation, errors or difficulties which may occur in connection with the administration of the Sweepstakes, the processing of entries, the announcement of the prize, or in any Sweepstakes-related materials. Released Parties are also not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by site users, tampering, hacking, or by any equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Sweepstakes. Released Parties are not responsible for injury or damage to entrants' or any other person's device related to or resulting from participating in this Sweepstakes. Persons who tamper with or abuse any aspect of the Sweepstakes or website, or who are in violation of these Official Rules or act in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner, as solely determined by Sponsor, shall be disqualified, and all associated entries shall be void. Should any portion of the Sweepstakes be, in Sponsor’s sole opinion, compromised by virus, worms, bugs, non-authorized human intervention or other causes that, in the sole opinion of the Sponsor, corrupt or impair the administration, security, integrity, fairness or proper play or submission of entries, Sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion to suspend, modify or terminate the Sweepstakes and, if terminated, at its discretion, select the potential winners at random from all eligible, non-suspect entries received prior to action taken or as otherwise deemed fair and appropriate by Sponsor. In the event of a dispute regarding entries received from multiple users having the same e-mail account, the authorized account subscriber of the e-mail account at the time of entry shall be deemed to be the entrant and must comply with these Official Rules. “Authorized account subscriber” is the natural person who is assigned the e-mail address by the ISP, on-line service provider, or other organization responsible for assigning e-mail addresses. CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE PROMOTION MAY BE IN VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS AND SHALL RESULT IN DISQUALIFICATION FROM PARTICIPATION IN THE PROMOTION.
