Ticketing Information


How can I buy tickets for events at Sphere?

Tickets for events at Sphere can be purchased on Ticketmaster, which can be accessed via thesphere.com. Tickets can also be purchased in-person onsite at the Sphere concierge, which is open one hour prior to show time. 

Please note, Sphere is a cashless venue and only accepts credit/debit cards or mobile payment, including Google Pay and Apple Pay. 

Accessible seating may be secured through Ticketmaster or by contacting the Sphere Accessibility Services Department at guestrelations@thesphere.com or 725-258-6724, Monday through Friday between 9:00am and 5:00pm PT, and Saturday and Sunday between 10:00am and 6:00pm PT. Hours are extended on event days from one hour prior to show time to start of the final show.


Can I purchase tickets in-person at a box office?

The onsite Sphere Concierge is available for in-person ticket purchasing. It is located by the Plaza Entry, which is on the east side of the building. The concierge is open on event days at least one hour prior to the film’s start and closes after the film begins. It is not open on days with no events.

How do I get my tickets?

Sphere uses mobile tickets only. We recommend downloading and adding your tickets to your phone's digital wallet in advance of your arrival. For instructions on how to download your tickets, please visit the ticketing page.

Do I need to have a smartphone to display my ticket to enter the event? Can I show more than one ticket on the same phone?

Mobile tickets will need to be presented on your smartphone. We recommend downloading and adding your tickets to your phone’s wallet in advance of your arrival. Guests can display more than one ticket on the same smartphone. For more information, please visit the ticketing page

Is ADA or accessible seating available?

Accessible seating may be secured through Ticketmaster or by contacting the Sphere Accessibility Services Department at guestrelations@thesphere.com or 725-258-6724, Monday through Friday between 9:00am and 5:00pm PT, and Saturday and Sunday between 10:00am and 6:00pm PT. For additional information click here.


Can I transfer my ticket to someone else?

Please check Ticketmaster to determine whether tickets for your event are transferrable. 


How can I purchase a suite?

Please contact Sphere’s premium hospitality team at suites@sphere.vegas.


Is there an age requirement to attend events at Sphere? Do children require tickets?

Please check your specific event page on our website to confirm whether any age restrictions have been imposed for your event; an age restriction will be clearly identified.   

Events may include immersive elements such as seat haptics, movement sensations, flashing lights, intense lighting, visual effects, loud noises, and atmospheric simulations such as scent and wind. Please check your event page to determine whether an event is suitable for your child.  

We strongly suggest that guests under 18 years of age attending an event are accompanied by a parent or guardian. 


What is the refund policy?

All ticket sales are final – no refunds or exchanges.



Group Tickets

What defines a group?

To qualify as a group, there must be nine or more guests. Groups of friends, families, colleagues, clients, church members, alumni groups, teachers, firefighters, police officers, military, scouts, or just nine or more people may be eligible to receive special group benefits.

How do I book my group?

How does my group get our tickets?

Mobile tickets are utilized at Sphere. Tickets purchased through Sphere’s Group Sales department can be managed via Sphere Account Manager. Please visit mobile ticketing for more information and instructions for downloading Sphere Account Manager


What is your policy on group refunds?

All tickets are final – no refunds or exchanges. If you have any additional questions, please email groups@sphere.vegas or call 725-258-7775.​


Arriving at Sphere


Where do I enter Sphere?

Sphere is located at 255 Sands Ave, Las Vegas, NV 89169. Guests can enter the property on foot via Sands Avenue at the West VIP entry for Director's Seat Packages or through the Venetian Bridge stairway for Standard Admission. Additional entrances are located on Westchester Drive, past the Security checkpoint near the black gates. Follow directions to the Plaza Entry on the East side of the building.

We encourage you to arrive early. If driving or arriving by car, please allow for more travel time due to street closures.


Is there parking nearby?

On-site Sphere parking is available. Click here to purchase parking. Parking can also be found at Howard Hughes and other local garages. Overnight parking is not permitted.


Where is rideshare drop off?

Rideshare pick up and drop off for Sphere is located to the corner of Manhattan St and Westchester Dr. Upon arrival, the venue entrance is conveniently located across from the rideshare drop off. On event days, Sphere staff will be on-site to direct you to the venue.


Can I bring a bag to Sphere?

Sphere is a “no bag” facility, meaning that large bags and backpacks are not permitted inside the venue.  Small clutches, purses, and fanny packs that are no larger than approximately 6 in. x 6 in. x 2 in., as well as diaper bags and bags required for medical items, are permitted.

Please note that all bags are subject to additional screening and inspection, either by visual or x-ray technology. If you or someone in your party has additional needs, please contact Guest Relations at guestrelations@thesphere.com or 725-258-6724. 


Can I bring a camera?

In order to maintain an enjoyable experience for all guests, video cameras, monopods, tripods, selfie sticks, audio recording devices, and professional cameras (those including telephoto or zoom lenses) are not permitted inside Sphere. Sphere does not provide an area to check bags, coats or any other personal belongings. Members of the media should reach out to spherepr@thesphere.com with any inquiries.  


Can I bring a laptop or tablet?

Laptops and tablets are not permitted inside Sphere. Sphere does not provide an area to check bags, coats or any other personal belongings.


Are pets allowed inside Sphere?

Only service animals are permitted inside Sphere. If you or a member of your party is bringing a service animal, we strongly recommend that you contact the Accessibility Services Department at guestrelations@thesphere.com or 725-258-6724 prior to your event.



Onsite Experience


Is Sphere a cashless venue?

Does Sphere have WiFi inside?

Free WiFi is available at Sphere. Guests can connect to “Free Sphere WiFi” once onsite.


Are there cell phone charging locations inside Sphere?

Cell phone charging stations are located near the escalators on levels 2, 4 and 6.


Will food and beverage be available for purchase?

Food and beverage are available for purchase at Sphere. Please keep in mind that Sphere is a cashless venue and only accepts credit/debit cards or mobile payment, including Google Pay and Apple Pay. Reverse ATMs, which convert cash into a debit card, are located near the escalators on levels 2, 4 and 6 for your convenience.


Will merchandise be available for purchase?

Merchandise may be available for purchase at your event. Please keep in mind that Sphere is a cashless venue and only accepts credit/debit cards or mobile payment, including Google Pay and Apple pay. Reverse ATMs, which convert cash into a debit card, are located near the escalators on levels 2, 4, and 6 for your convenience.


Can I bring in outside food or beverage?

Outside food and beverage (including sealed cans and bottles) are not permitted inside Sphere.

If you or someone in your party have a medical condition or specific needs that require bringing in outside food or beverage, please contact Guest Relations at 725-258-6724 or guestrelations@thesphere.com prior to your event. 


Can I bring in a reusable water bottle?

Yes. Clear, soft plastic, empty bottles are permitted.


Can I refill my reusable water bottle at Sphere?

Water-bottle refilling stations are located throughout the venue. Please click here for a venue map or see a guest experience representative onsite for directions to the nearest water fountain.


How do I inquire about accessible accommodations?

Will family/all-gender restrooms be available?

Family/all-gender restrooms are located throughout Sphere. Please see a guest experience representative onsite for directions to the nearest location.


Will nursing facilities be available? Can I bring my breast pump or breastmilk?

Guests may nurse their child in any public location where they are comfortable. Nursing parents seeking more discreet accommodations can utilize the Family Lounges, which are located on levels 2 and 6, or the family/all-gender restrooms located throughout the venue. Breast pumps and associated equipment, and breastmilk, are permitted inside the venue.

Is there a lost and found?

There is a lost and found at Sphere. If you are still onsite, please see your nearest guest experience representative. If you have already left the venue, please report your lost item(s) here.


Is there a first aid facility?

First aid facilities are located on levels 2 and 6. Please see your nearest guest experience representative for additional assistance. 


What is your policy on re-entering the building?

All exits are final. Guests are not permitted to leave and then re-enter.


Is there anything guests should be aware of related to the use of special effects at Sphere?

Events at Sphere are immersive experiences that, depending on the event, may include elements such as seat haptics, movement sensations, flashing lights, intense lighting, visual effects, loud noises, and atmospheric simulations including fog, scent and wind. Such elements may aggravate certain medical or physical conditions, and guests should take into consideration if they have a history of discomfort or physical symptoms when experiencing these elements. If you have any concerns and/or are pregnant, you should consult with your physician prior to attending an immersive experience. 

There are two designated Sensory Rooms located on levels 2 and 6.Please see your nearest guest experience representative for additional assistance.

Are guided tours of the venue available?

While guided venue tours aren't available at this time, we recommend attending The Sphere Experience featuring Darren Aronofsky's Postcard from Earth to see all that Sphere has to offer.

Venue Policies

Code of Conduct:

  • Guests shall be respectful of others around them.
  • Guests shall avoid blocking the view of other guests.
  • During some concerts, the artist may request that guests be permitted to stand immediately in front of their seats during the entirety of the performance. On those occasions, standing guests shall continue to be respectful of others around them and avoid blocking the view of other guests.
  • Guests shall not interfere with the event, the performers or the athletes in any way.
  • Guests shall refrain from using foul/offensive language, fighting, obscene gestures, throwing objects and engaging in other behavior detrimental to the experience of other guests.
  • Guests shall not stand on seats or any other building structure.
  • Guests shall not block the aisles.
  • Guests shall not occupy a seat or remain in an area for which they do not possess a valid ticket, and shall provide their ticket upon request.
  • Sphere is a non-smoking facility; guests shall not smoke anywhere in Sphere.
  • Guests who consume alcoholic beverages shall do so in a responsible manner.
  • Guests are encouraged to report inappropriate or offensive behavior to an usher, security officer or guest experience representative.
  • Guests shall comply with requests from Sphere staff regarding arena operational and emergency procedures.

Sphere staff have been trained to intervene when deemed necessary and to use their best discretion to help ensure that guests who ignore the Code of Conduct do not interfere with other guests’ ability to enjoy an event. Guests who violate the Code of Conduct may be subject to ejection without refund and, to the extent their conduct constitutes a violation of law, may be subject to arrest. We thank you for your cooperation.


Prohibited Items:

Items not permitted inside Sphere include (but are not limited to): 

  • Weapons, firearms, knives 
  • Laser pens 
  • Pepper spray/mace and other defensive devices 
  • Signs, banners, flags 
  • Selfie sticks
  • Video cameras/recording devices (Does not include phones, but certain events may be designated “device free” events, and the “Device Free” Policy will apply)
  • Professional cameras (including those with telephoto or zoom lenses)Outside food and beverage, including alcohol 
  • Glass, cans, aluminum bottles
  • Hoverboards and skateboards 
  • Noisemaking devices, including cowbells, alarm devices and airhorns 

Please note, the list of prohibited items may vary by event; please check the event page for the applicable event for more information. The list above provides examples only. Anything deemed inappropriate or offensive by Sphere Entertainment Co. will not be permitted. 


Security:

At Sphere, we place the safety and security of our guests above all else. For that reason, we continuously assess and upgrade security measures across all of our venues.

Please plan ahead and allow yourself enough time to pass through security. Thank you in advance for helping us create a safe environment for you and our guests.


Smoking:

In compliance with Nevada regulations, there is no smoking, including electronic cigarettes, permitted anywhere in Sphere. This policy is strictly enforced. Violation of this regulation is grounds for ejection.
