What defines a group?

To qualify as a group, there must be 9 or more guests. Groups of friends, families, colleagues, clients, church members, alumni groups, teachers, firefighters, police officers, military, scouts, or just 9 or more people may be eligible to receive special group benefits.

How does my group get our tickets?

Digital tickets are utilized at Sphere, and all guests should manage their tickets via Sphere Account Manager

What is your policy on group refunds?

All ticket sales are final – no refunds or exchanges. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact your Groups Specialist.
