ELIGIBILITY: The Sphere Experience 2024 Sweepstakes (“Sweepstakes”) is open to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and District of Columbia, 18 or older, who are attendees of the 2024 IWP Conference in Los Angeles, CA (“Event”). The Sweepstakes is void where otherwise prohibited. Employees, officers and directors, and their immediate family members (parents, children, grandparents, grandchildren, spouse or siblings and their respective spouses, regardless of where they reside) and people living in their same households, whether or not related, of Sphere Entertainment Group, LLC (“Sponsor”), its parent, affiliates, subsidiaries, and advertising and promotion agencies are not eligible. By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these official rules (“Official Rules”) and the decisions of Sponsor, which are binding and final on matters relating to this Sweepstakes. The Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws.

HOW TO ENTER: To enter, visit the Sphere booth at the Event during regular Event hours to find and the Sweepstakes signage and scan the provided QR code, or visit thesphere.com/sweepstakes, then follow the directions to complete and submit the entry form. Data rates may apply if entry is via the QR code or mobile device. All entries must be received by no later than 11:59 PM Pacific Time (“PT”) on May 7, 2024 to be eligible. Entries generated by script, macro or other automated means or by any means which subvert the entry process are void. Limit one (1) entry per person. Multiple entries from any person will be void. All entries become the property of Sponsor and will not be returned.

DRAWING & NOTIFICATION: Potential winner will be selected on or about May 8, 2024 from among all eligible entries received. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received. Potential winner will be notified by email and may be required to execute and return an affidavit or declaration of eligibility, a liability release and, where lawful, a publicity release within the time period specified in such notification. If and as applicable, such documents are not returned within the specified time period, a prize or prize notification is returned as undeliverable, or a potential winner does not respond to the initial notification within the time period stated in the notification or is not in compliance with these Official Rules, such potential winner shall be disqualified and forfeit the prize, and, at Sponsor’s discretion, an alternate potential winner may be selected from among all remaining eligible entries received. If Sponsor is unable to award the prize after a reasonable attempt to do so, Sponsor reserves the right to not award the prize.

PRIZE: Only one (1) prize is available to be awarded. Prize consists of two (2) tickets to attend a 2024 viewing of the Sphere Experience at Sphere in Las Vegas, NV. Exact date to be selected by winner from a list provided by Sponsor. Dates and times are subject to availability. Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”): $498. TRAVEL TO/FROM THE SPHERE EXPERIENCE IS NOT INCLUDED AS PART OF THE PRIZE. Terms and conditions apply to use of tickets. Tickets cannot be sold, bartered, or auctioned. Prize is awarded “as is” with no warranty or guarantee, either express or implied. Winner may not substitute, assign or transfer prize or redeem prize for cash, but Sponsor reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to substitute the prize with one of comparable or greater value. Winner is responsible for all applicable federal, state and local taxes, if any, as well as costs and expenses associated with prize acceptance and use not specified herein as being provided. All prize details are at Sponsor’s sole discretion.

PUBLICITY GRANT: Except where legally prohibited, acceptance of the prize constitutes the winner’s permission to Sponsor and its designees to use the winner’s name, address (city and state), photograph and/or other likeness, voice, opinions, biographical information, and prize information for advertising, trade and promotional purposes, in any manner, in all media now known or hereafter discovered, worldwide in perpetuity, without compensation, notification, review or permission.

RELEASE: By participating, each entrant agrees that Sponsor, its parents, affiliates, subsidiaries, and advertising and promotional agencies, and all of their respective officers, directors, employees, representatives and agents, and all others associated with the development and execution of this Sweepstakes (collectively, “Released Parties”) shall have no liability whatsoever for, and shall be held harmless by entrants against any liability for, any injuries, losses, or damages of any kind, including death, to persons or property resulting, in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from acceptance, possession, misuse or use of the prize (including any travel or activity related thereto) or participation in this Sweepstakes.

GENERAL CONDITIONS: Released Parties are not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, inaccurate, stolen, delayed, misdirected, undelivered or garbled entries, QR codes, emails or other communications of any kind; or for lost, interrupted or unavailable network, server, Internet Service Provider (“ISP”), website, or other connections, availability or accessibility or miscommunications or failed computer, satellite, telephone or cable transmissions, lines, or technical failure; or for jumbled, scrambled, delayed, or misdirected transmissions or computer hardware or software malfunctions, failures or difficulties; or for other errors or difficulties of any kind whether human, mechanical, electronic, computer, network, typographical, printing or otherwise relating to or in connection with the Sweepstakes, including, without limitation, errors or difficulties which may occur in connection with the administration of the Sweepstakes, the processing of entries, the announcement of the prize, or in any Sweepstakes-related materials. Released Parties are also not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by site users, tampering, hacking, or by any equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Sweepstakes. Released Parties are not responsible for injury or damage to entrants' or any other person's device related to or resulting from participating in this Sweepstakes. Persons who tamper with or abuse any aspect of the Sweepstakes or website, or who are in violation of these Official Rules or act in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner, as solely determined by Sponsor, shall be disqualified, and all associated entries shall be void. Should any portion of the Sweepstakes be, in Sponsor’s sole opinion, compromised by virus, worms, bugs, non-authorized human intervention or other causes that, in the sole opinion of the Sponsor, corrupt or impair the administration, security, integrity, fairness or proper play or submission of entries, Sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion to suspend, modify or terminate the Sweepstakes and, if terminated, at its discretion, select the potential winner at random from all eligible, non-suspect entries received prior to action taken or as otherwise deemed fair and appropriate by Sponsor. In the event of a dispute regarding entries received from multiple users having the same e-mail account, the authorized account subscriber of the e-mail account at the time of entry shall be deemed to be the entrant and must comply with these Official Rules. “Authorized account subscriber” is the natural person who is assigned the e-mail address by the ISP, on-line service provider, or other organization responsible for assigning e-mail addresses. CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THESWEEPSTAKES MAY BE IN VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS AND SHALL RESULT IN DISQUALIFICATION FROM PARTICIPATION IN THE SWEEPSTAKES. SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, RELEASED PARTIES RESERVE THE RIGHT TO SEEK REMEDIES AND DAMAGES (INCLUDING ATTORNEY FEES) TO THE FULLEST EXTENT OF THE LAW, INCLUDING CRIMINAL PROSECUTION.

GOVERNING LAW/JURISDICTION: ALL ISSUES AND QUESTIONS CONCERNING THE CONSTRUCTION, VALIDITY, INTERPRETATION AND ENFORCEABILITY OF THESE OFFICIAL RULES OR THE RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS OF ENTRANTS OR SPONSOR IN CONNECTION WITH THE SWEEPSTAKES SHALL BE GOVERNED BY AND CONSTRUED IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE LAWS OF THE STATE OF NEW YORK WITHOUT GIVING EFFECT TO ANY CHOICE OF LAW OR CONFLICT OF LAW GUIDELINES OR PROVISIONS THAT WOULD CAUSE THE APPLICATION OF ANY OTHER STATE’S LAWS.

WINNER LIST: For the name of the winner (first name, last initial and state of residence), send an email to traveltrade@sphere.vegas with “Sphere Experience 2024 Sweepstakes Winners List” (or similar) in the subject line, for receipt no later than thirty (30) days after the end of the Sweepstakes.
