ELIGIBILITY: Sphere “The Wizard of Oz” Sweepstakes (“Sweepstakes”) is open to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and District of Columbia, at least 18 years old at the time of entry, and who are in attendance at the Discovery Children’s Museum in Las Vegas, NV on August 9 -10, 2025 (“Event”). The Sweepstakes is void where otherwise prohibited. Employees, officers and directors, and their immediate family members (parents, children, grandparents, grandchildren, spouse or siblings and their respective spouses, regardless of where they reside) and people living in their same households, whether or not related, of Sphere Entertainment Group, LLC (“Sponsor”), DISCOVERY Children's Museum (“DCM”), any of their respective parents, affiliates, subsidiaries, and advertising and promotion agencies are not eligible to participate in the Sweepstakes. By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these official rules(“Official Rules”) and the decisions of Sponsor, which are binding and final on matters relating to this Sweepstakes. The Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws.

HOW TO ENTER: During the Event, to enter the Sweepstakes, find and scan the applicable QR code, or use one of the available tablets, to complete and submit the entry form. All entries must be received prior to the drawing time on the applicable day to be eligible for that drawing. Entries generated by script, macro or other automated means or by any means which subvert the entry process are void. Limit one (1) entry per person per day. Multiple entries from any person on any day will be void. All entries become the property of Sponsor and will not be returned.

DRAWING & NOTIFICATION: Potential winners will be selected at or around 11 a.m. Pacific Time (“PT”), 12 p.m. PT, 1 p.m. PT, 2, p.m. PT, and 4 p.m. PT on August 9, 2025 and at or around 1 p.m. PT, 2 p.m. PT, and 4 p.m. PT on August 10, 2025 from among all eligible entries received for the applicable drawing. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received for the applicable drawing. Nonwinning entries will carry forward into subsequent drawings on the day the entry was received, if any; however, nonwinning entries from one day will not be included in the subsequent day’s drawings.

Potential winners will be notified by email and/or via public address announcement at the Event and may be required to execute and return an affidavit or declaration of eligibility, a liability release and, where lawful, a publicity release within the time period specified in such notification. If, and as applicable, such documents are not returned within the specified time period, a prize or prize notification is returned as undeliverable, or a potential winner does not respond to the initial notification within the time period stated in the notification or is not in compliance with these Official Rules, such potential winner shall be disqualified and forfeit the prize, and, at Sponsor’s discretion, an alternate potential winner may be selected from among all remaining eligible entries received for the drawing at issue. If the prize remains unawarded after up to three (3) attempts by Sponsor to award the prize, Sponsor reserves the right to not award the prize.

PRIZES (eight (8) total) (one (1) per drawing): Four (4) tickets to one showing of The Wizard of Oz at Sphere in Las Vegas, NV (seat locations and exact show date and time to be determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion). Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”): $596 per prize. Total ARV of all prizes: $4,768.

Travel to/from the Sphere is not included as part of the prize. Each winner must be eligible and able to attend the applicable showing, or the applicable prize will be forfeited. Tickets are subject to terms and conditions stated thereon. Any unused tickets will be void. Tickets cannot be used for any other event at the Sphere. Each Winner, and his/her/their accompanying guests (if applicable), agree to comply at all relevant times with all Sponsor, federal, state, city, and local rules, policies, regulations, guidelines, and laws, as may change from time to time, as may be requested or required by Sponsor. Failure to do so may result in forfeiture of prize. Prize is awarded “as is” with no warranty or guarantee, either express or implied. Winners may not substitute, assign or transfer prize or redeem prize for cash, but Sponsor reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to substitute the prize with one of comparable or greater value. Winners are responsible for all applicable federal, state and local taxes, if any, as well as costs and expenses associated with prize acceptance and use not specified herein as being provided. All prize details are at Sponsor’s sole discretion. Limit one (1) prize per person for the entire Event.

PUBLICITY GRANT: Except where legally prohibited, acceptance of the prize constitutes the winner’s permission for Sponsor, DCM, and their respective parent, subsidiary and affiliated companies and their designees to use the winner’s name, address (city and state), photograph and/or other likeness, voice, opinions, biographical information, and prize information for advertising, trade and promotional purposes, in any manner, in any and all media now known or hereafter discovered, worldwide in perpetuity, without compensation, notification, review or permission.

RELEASE: By participating, each entrant agrees that Sponsor, DCM, their parents, affiliates, subsidiaries, and advertising and promotional agencies, and all of their respective officers, directors, employees, representatives and agents, and all others associated with the development and execution of this Sweepstakes (collectively, “Released Parties”) shall have no liability whatsoever for, and shall be held harmless by entrants against any liability for, any injuries, losses, damages, rights, claim or cause of action of any kind, to persons or property arising or resulting, in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from acceptance, possession, misuse or use of the prize (including any travel or activity related thereto) or participation in this Sweepstakes, including without limitation personal injury, death, and/or property damage, as well as claims based on publicity rights, defamation, and/or invasion of privacy.

PRIVACY POLICY: The personal information collected/provided in connection with this Sweepstakes will be used in accordance with Sponsor’s Privacy Policy, which can be found at https://www.sphereentertainmentco.com/privacy/. Entrants who provide their email address may automatically be enrolled to receive emails from or on behalf of Sponsor or others and can opt out of receiving future emails at any time by following the directions provided in such emails.

GENERAL CONDITIONS: Released Parties are not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, inaccurate, stolen, delayed, misdirected, undelivered or garbled entries, emails or other communications of any kind; or for lost, interrupted or unavailable network, server, Internet Service Provider (“ISP”), website, or other connections, availability or accessibility or miscommunications or failed computer, satellite, telephone or cable transmissions, lines, or technical failure; or for jumbled, scrambled, delayed, or misdirected transmissions or computer hardware or software malfunctions, failures or difficulties; or for other errors or difficulties of any kind whether human, mechanical, electronic, computer, network, typographical, printing or otherwise relating to or in connection with the Sweepstakes, including, without limitation, errors or difficulties which may occur in connection with the administration of the Sweepstakes, the processing of entries, the announcement of the prize, or in any Sweepstakes-related materials. Released Parties are also not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by site users, tampering, hacking, or by any equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Sweepstakes. Released Parties are not responsible for injury or damage to entrants' or any other person's device related to or resulting from participating in this Sweepstakes. Persons who tamper with or abuse any aspect of the Sweepstakes or website, or who are in violation of these Official Rules or act in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner, as solely determined by Sponsor, shall be disqualified, and all associated entries shall be void. Should any portion of the Sweepstakes be, in Sponsor’s sole opinion, compromised by virus, worms, bugs, non-authorized human intervention or other causes that, in the sole opinion of the Sponsor, corrupt or impair the administration, security, integrity, fairness or proper play or submission of entries, Sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion to suspend, modify or terminate the Sweepstakes and, if terminated, at its discretion, select the potential winner(s) for the drawing(s) at issue at random from all eligible, non-suspect entries received for such drawing(s) prior to action taken or as otherwise deemed fair and appropriate by Sponsor. In the event of a dispute regarding entries received from multiple users having the same e-mail account, the authorized account subscriber of the e-mail account at the time of entry shall be deemed to be the entrant and must comply with these Official Rules. “Authorized account subscriber” is the natural person who is assigned the e-mail address by the ISP, on-line service provider, or other organization responsible for assigning e-mail addresses. CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE PROMOTION MAY BE IN VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS AND SHALL RESULT IN DISQUALIFICATION FROM PARTICIPATION IN THE PROMOTION. SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, RELEASED PARTIES RESERVE THE RIGHT TO SEEK REMEDIES AND DAMAGES (INCLUDING ATTORNEY FEES) TO THE FULLEST EXTENT OF THE LAW, INCLUDING CRIMINAL PROSECUTION.

GOVERNING LAW/JURISDICTION/DISPUTES: Each entrant agrees that: (i) any and all disputes, claims and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Sweepstakes, or any prizes awarded, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by the United States District Court for the District of New York or the appropriate New York State Court located in New York; (ii) any and all claims, judgments and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, including costs associated with entering this Sweepstakes and in no event will entrant be permitted to obtain attorneys’ fees or other legal costs; and (iii) under no circumstances will entrants be permitted to obtain awards for and entrants hereby waive all rights to claim punitive, incidental and consequential damages and any other damages, other than for actual out-of-pocket expenses, and any and all rights to have damages multiplied or otherwise increased. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE LIMITATIONS OR EXCLUSION OF LIABILITY FOR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, SO THE ABOVE MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU. All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of the entrant and Sponsor in connection with the Sweepstakes, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the State of New York, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules (whether of the State of New York or any other jurisdiction), which would cause the application of the laws of any jurisdiction other than the State of New York.
