The Wizard of Oz at Sphere has transported over 3.6 million guests down the Yellow Brick Road™ with Dorothy and her friends.  Sphere’s 160,000 sq. ft. interior display plane wraps up, over and around you, while 167,000 programmable speakers direct sound anywhere in the venue. High-velocity wind arrays, atmospheric fog, towering fire bursts, and infrasound haptic seats help you step into the story and become part of the adventure. The Wizard of Oz at Sphere is intended for guests aged 6+. All guests, regardless of age, require a ticket.


The Wizard of Oz at Sphere is an immersive experience with various elements, including seat haptics, movement sensations, flashing lights, intense lighting, visual effects, loud noises, falling and flying objects, projectiles, pyrotechnics and atmospheric simulations such as fog, wind, bubbles, mist and scent. Such elements may aggravate certain medical or physical conditions, and guests should take into consideration if they have a history of discomfort or physical symptoms when experiencing these elements. If you have any concerns and/or are pregnant, you should consult with your physician prior to attending an immersive experience.


Alternative seating and accessible seating options are available. Alternative and accessible seating may be secured through Ticketmaster or by contacting the Accessibility Services Department.

Please contact the Sphere Accessibility Services Department here or 725-258-6724, Monday through Friday between 9:00 am and 5:00 pm PT, and Saturday and Sunday between 10:00 am and 6:00 pm PT to arrange for alternative and accessible seating. Hours are extended on event days from one hour prior to show time to start of the final show.

There are two designated Sensory Rooms – one on level 2 and one on level 6 that are open during public events, subject to availability. Please see your nearest guest experience representative for additional assistance onsite.
